At the risk of hearing everyone say EWWW, Yuck, I put one or two tablespoons of fruit yogurt on top. stevegoad 32 Posted September 5, 2008 Well, I've never seen dry cereal dry as a meal... though that was a bad-habit snack food. I had "south Beach" cereal yesterday for the first time. Use greek yogurt on my cereal since it has a ton of Protein for yogurt and use honey to sweeten the cereal and yogurt. funny you say that; i found "oikos" brand of greek yogurt (5oz cups) yesterday that already have honey (120calories/13g protein). i had some this AM w/some bare naked granola.....very yummy!! grannytwinkie 0 Posted October 30, 2008 I do 1 cup cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk. When done eating if there is milk left I pour it out, I don't drink it.
