neenz 0 Posted August 31, 2008 Hey there, was just wondering if anyone knows, can you lie on your stomach (obviously once healed) or can you feel the port, just wondering if i'll ever be able to read my book like this in bed again
momma66 0 Posted August 31, 2008 I'm a stomach sleeper and have no problems sleeping there since I've been banded.

DebbsHereNow 0 Posted August 31, 2008 I have just been banded aug 21st and I have no idea which incision is my port? I tend to avoid looking at my stomach and the incisions...

livn4thm 0 Posted August 31, 2008 Once healed, I am now able to lie on my stomach in bed just fine...but if I try to lie down on the living room floor...ouch! I guess the bed gives enough, but the floor doesn't give one bit! Hope this helps!
vsnowrn 0 Posted August 31, 2008 I was banded August 21, 2008, and yes I can feel my port. I also am a stomach sleeper and being almost 2 weeks post op I can lie on my stomach without any problems. I can feel my port standing up and feeling the incisions, it feels very weird. My incisions are healing well and going back to work this week. Thank everyone for all the support Veronica
eyevory 0 Posted August 31, 2008 I can feel the port if I want to, but it's definitely not in the way if I want to lay down.
