I saw some of you talking about the trikke on here....it looks like fun.

I looked at their web site but KNEW y'all could give me more info on it. What are the pros & cons? What are your experiences? What equipment is a must have....well besides the obvious, a Trikke!:)

On the trikke discussion board (I can't remember the name of the site) I saw a lot of people talking about falling off, breaking ribs etc....yikes! I hope that is becasue they are going really fast or that they are doing extreme stuff.

Thanks!

Elizabeth

i dont have one, but know some people that do and love them. It is all personal preference

The guy I know who has one has fallen, but not seriously hurt himself by any means. At least it is shorter to the ground than off a normal road bike...:)

I use a road bike, but had started with a hybrid bike. If you get a bike, have a great time on it and make sure you get you a helmet....

Hi,

I was just looking at the videos on the trikke.com website and it does look like you could have some fun while trying to get some weight off. I think I might ask Santa for one - I have been a good girl this year:thumbup:

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
