Charlie 0 Posted June 22, 2005 I know it's really hard - especially when you have others in your home who don't have to worry about the amounts they eat - even junk stuff in massive quantities. Not fair and not helpful. Maybe a junk drawer with a lock and only he has the key? Otherwise, it's the same old callings and unfortunately, will power did not come with a band. Ice cream goes down too well - so does pudding, pie, and scotch.....at least it's not going on - not losing but not gaining......hate the plateau - but really do know what needs to be done to start on a downward trend....GOT TO DO IT..... beautifultina 1 Posted July 21, 2005 i am not yet banded. WIll be in 5 days though. my understanding is that our new stomach can only hold 1/2 cup at a time. how can you put more in there and not stretch it out?
DeLarla 22 Posted July 21, 2005 I'm still struggling, but I have been much, much better. I haven't bought much new junk food, so I'm only stuck with stuff people give me, or barbeques, etc., and isn't all that free food calorie-free?
