I think the only person who regularly posts on this thread that could begin to call themselves truly objective when it comes to this election is Jack

I prefer O'Reilly on the radio, he's nicer for some reason and usually has a co-anchor with him, one of his blonds.

Geraldo I prefer during hurricane coverage when he's wet otherwise I prefer his little brother.

re: "Hannity is far right, and Colms is far left"

yes.....I can stand about 2 milliseconds of Hannity in spite of the fact I generally agree with his points, his style is too grating and repetitive

I agree. He usually sounds like a parrot for the RNC talking points, and never ventures far off that path.

....his (obama) wanting to take our rights away from us.

I can't take it. Your president (Bush) has taken more rights away from the American people than any president in history!

I will quote from the site you gave me "The Act was passed by wide margins in both houses of Congress and was supported by members of both the Republican and Democratic parties"

;) Back to that lecture about how US politics works, huh? Legislative and executive branches . . . who passes laws . . . it's important to know this stuff.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?
