Happy Days... i'm 1 1/2 pounds to my goal,since i messed up last post i will do this..As of monday a.m. i was at 171.6.So keep pushing for those extra pounds to fall of.f. Good luck everyone this week, just keep on moving ..Have a great week..

I think I am pretty much out of this one! I went to the Doctor yesterday after 3 weeks of this "virus". I was in such bad shape they had to give me a breathing treatment, a new inhailer with stronger steroids, a steroid pack and a z pack! I figure between all of the steroids, I should be looking like a nice round pumkin by the 31st! Oh, and the not-breathing-thing makes exercise a no no right now:-(

I will just have to live thru all of you! You guys are doing so great!
