I am .4 away from meeting my goal. It was to be at 75 lbs lost overall by Halloween and I am at 74.6, I WILL DO IT!!!

WOW **** LOOK AT US MELT AWAY....Went thru closet today i'm able to WEAR things like jeans and tops i couldn't wear, and if i did looked like beached hippo. They are falling off and some look pretty good. I lov my band.. down another 2/3ibs so far this week.Lets all melt Oct off the books..Good- Luck all of you.And those that made your goals...YOU ROCK...
