Port Site

I am unable to feel my port when I touch my tummy is that normal? I am getting worried about that because if they can't feel it when you go in for a fill then you have to go get another upper GI and those are horrible (well at least the stuff you have to drink is horrible).

Has anyone else had this same problem?

I had no idea where my port was until today when I had my first fill. I did poke around on my tummy trying to figure out where it was with no luck. My fill was done under xray so the doctor could see where the port was. From what my doctor tells me when you still have some weight to lose the port will not be easily found on some people.....but as you lose you will be able to feel it better.
