Last Friday was one month since the start of the challenge for me and I realized I've only lost 2 1/2 lbs in 1 month! The intent was to lose 10 a month so that means I'm already 7.5 in the hole! Yikes

I know what you mean!

I gained 2 pounds this month (had a complete unfill for 3 weeks). I am really stressing about meeting my goal! I must try to think of this a different way and get back on track!

You are DOWN 2 1/2 pounds, so you are going the right direction. Don't worry, we can do this!!!
