one too many 1 Posted June 11, 2005 Connorsmum, Well in the past I would have been releived only to have put on 6lbs whilst on holidays,and I bet the same could be said for you.You are not on holidays anymore ,had all your treats for a while and I hope they were worth the 6lbs.Now back to normals and steady loosing....Don't beat yourself up you enjoyed , you ate and now you will loose. paula 4 Posted June 11, 2005 This is the great thing about the band... every day is a NEW day. Just like Michelle said, we are able start fresh as many times as needed (thank God). Gosh, you were on vacation! We all need a break from everything - even eating habits! Are you sure it isnt time of your cycle? That adds weight as well.
