momcof3 1 Posted August 21, 2008 Hi - I just found this sight and am really excited I did. I am having my Lap Band surgery on Aug 26 at the Richmond CA Kaiser. I started the process on May 9. I have lost 27 lbs since then. I just purchased my post surgery Clear liquids groceries and am starting to get a little nervous. I was terrified before surgery, because I had never had any type of surgery before. It was easy enough. I went home 4 hours after surgery. You will do fine. I am enjoying my band now and had my first fill yesterday. **TIP***For your post op FULL liquids, cream of chicken Soup with garlic powder, sage and a little pepper is YUMMY!
