Guest gemini62 Posted June 11, 2005 I had my band put in two years ago! I have lost 220 # , I have not had any beef, or pork. I have mosly eaten sea food, or tiny peices of chicken, I tried and tried because my doctor said oh ya you can eat any thing hahaha! Nope sorry it don't work that way! But a friend of mine can eat any thing! I do alot of Soups, with chicken, or creamed, or pasta's go down ok, Angel hair seems to be the best. But I have learned the hard way to use just a little bit of sause . My stomache can't the grease or chemicals in all the procesed food. It takes time and seems like its not worth it, but now my family sits and eats and I drink my coffee and have Soup. You will be able to come up with some thing in time that you can eat and really enjoy!
