Parvathi 2 Posted June 8, 2005 I had another fill on Monday (Australian time) and since then, my esophagus has been making weird noises - almost sounds like my stomach growling, only, in my throat. It happens mostly when I'm eating or drinking but its oh so embarassing while I'm sitting at my desk in the office LOL. I'm guessing it could be cause the fill is quite tight at the moment. It generally stays that way for a day or two after the fill, then relaxes a bit. But was just wondering if anyone else had a noisy esophagus after fills... babsyintx 0 Posted June 8, 2005 Hi , Yup, very normal. Usually some of the gurgling will subside as the fill loosens up, but my throat still somtimes makes embarrassing noises!! Babs in TX
Zoe 6 Posted June 8, 2005 I make weird sounds all the time -- kind of like the Tuvalan throat singers. Oh well, better above deck noises than below.

Kelly Ann 0 Posted June 9, 2005 you can also count on losing weight and regaining your life. I am 67 pounds thinner today and in a size 6-8 mini skirt . I don't remember ever wearing this size since 22 years ago in high school. I had a massage done in the mall last week -just after a fish diner. I laid on my tummy flat and The noises I was making were as if an alien was going to pop out of me!!!! It was awful -like I could not burp or something. The poor asian man doing my massage must have thought I was getting sick or something. But like Zoe said better coming from the top not the bottom. I will learn to live with it all for this new me.....that's what you can look forward to...
Aussiegirl 0 Posted June 9, 2005 Well I find that the early hours of the morning when my gut is empty is the time I suffer from the weird, gurgly throaty/oesphagus noises! This morning I woke up at 4am and the noises and gurgly sensation kept me awake. After about an hour I figured out that if I turned on my side, rather than sleeping on my back, this seemed to help. Anyone else have this minor inconvenience?
