How to post?

How do you post to the forum and talk to the ladies and gents. What is the best way to start? I thought I did last week but apparently I did something wrong.

Hi Cocoa, and welcome. A good thing to do first is go to our introductions forum and say hi to everyone and let us know a bit about yourself. Here is the link: Introductions - Lap Band Surgery and Lap Band Discussion Forum To start a new thread, click on new thread, type in your information and then click submit reply.

The next place that would be good for you to check out is our frequently asked questions forum. It is loaded with good information about how to navigate around the forum, as well as band information. The link is: Frequently Asked Questions (NEW!) - Lap Band Surgery and Lap Band Discussion Forum .

To respond to threads that other people have posted, you can click on "reply", type in your response and then click submit reply.
