tigerlili08 0 Posted August 18, 2008 HI, I got my second fill today...he only added .5 cc to me. When I left his office I was fine, half way home we had to pull to the side of the road because I had to slime. Now I have this pain in my chest like I have something stuck...I have not had anything since I left my dr. So it has to be my own saliva. I know that you experience some swelling for the first day when you get a fill but is it suppose to be this uncomfortable? Thanks for your input in advance. Hollie519 1 Posted August 19, 2008 Call your doctor in the morning for sure if you don't feel better. My band was about a half of CC to full for me, and I just went along with it to see if it would get better. It never did. I eventually had gotten sick so many times, one day my stomach swelled shut, and I couldn't eat or drink anything. And being that I was under 18, my mom had to go to the doctor with me, which is really far and she just started a new job. So, I waited 36 hours before calling my doctor and didn't have anything in my system. I couldn't even drive I was so dililrious. Short answer, call your doctor. :]

Hollie519 1 Posted August 19, 2008 Yea good to hear you are ok because that kind of thing can cause band slippage and erosion and all kind of bad things that would cause them to remove your band. keep up the good work and KIT cause I love to hear about progress :]
