Anyone have a sample eating plan?

I was wondering if anyone had a sample eating plan, ie, how much to eat and what to eat. I was told to eat a 1/2 cup of food which is not very much and no snacking. I was also told to stay away from carbs. Is that one egg or two eggs? If so, what else to eat with it. I've tried sticking with this but end up very hungry. Thanks!

i eat a bit more than a half a cup of food at a time & have at least one snack. i think you have to might play around w/your quantities/calories to find a balance & what works for you to lose weight.
