Hello there!

Just wanted to drop a note and say hi and introduce myself - my name is Alana and I live in Alberta. I'm being "banded" next Friday in Tijuana and I can't wait! I've struggled all my life with weight - with a few diets that I did really good on, but then gained it back and plus some .... so now, I want to do something about it!

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi .....
