bigmanhargett 0 Posted August 15, 2008 Hi, My name is Mike and I have my lapband surgery done on Aug.12th. I am so nervous. I have prepared for this for the past six months for the past month I has been on a 1200 calorie diet I have lost 31 pounds so far. Its crazy i wish my surgery was yesterday I am already recovering.
