Food Journal

Several weeks ago there was a thread with a link to an article about how people lose more weight when they write everything down. After reading the article I decided to keep a food journal once I start the two week pre op diet.

Yesterday I was at GNC and found a perfect food journal called "DietMinder." There is a place to record every meal, Water consumption, vitamins/medications, and even has a place to record daily exercise. You can also find the journal at it's website by the same name (dietminder.com). Anyway I just thought it would share a great product to help in our weight loss journey.
