Rachelmae 0 Posted August 12, 2008 Hi, I was banned July 5, 2007 and has lost about 40 lbs. I know I need a fill but has been layoff from my job and lost my insurance. Does anyone know where can I go for a fill take like payment plans. I know that sound silly, but I need help. mtnman428 1 Posted August 12, 2008 Did u already try Fillcentersusa.com? I'm not sure if they take a payment plan or not, but they should.
