Hello. I'm from Delaware and really thinking about lap band surgery. I have begun the 6month pre decision that my Doctor requires and now I am really wondering all about it. I have read a lot and know that I have finally reached a point where I HATE my weight.

Hi Wendy,

I live in New Jersey (right on Delaware/Jersey border) and just had surgery on 7-10-08. I had my surgery at St. Francis in Wilmington, DE. My surgeon was Dr. Wynn of Chrias. Just wondering who is your doctor and where will you have the surgery? I had a wonderful experience at St. Francis, everyone was just terrific. Go for it! I just had it done. It took me a year to complete and process but it was worth the wait. I am at home and feel great. Everything is just like the clinic/information says it is. I wish you best of luck!
