SueAZ 3 Posted August 10, 2008 It really goes to show how different doctors and their staffs will differ on amounts. My office says 1/2 cup of Protein and 1/2 cup of veggies. Even a little more if still hungry after 30 minutes. But they want me away from liquid calories. Even Protein Drinks they really push regular foods. Donna113 2 Posted August 12, 2008 Usually after about 3/4 to 1 cup of food I felt very satisfied but am about to start my cycle any day now and noticed over the weekend that I could and did pig out. I had a house full of guests and a major party on Saturday. It was actually Sunday and Monday that I ate a lot and I put on 3 lbs! Anyway, I'm going for my first fill Thursday so I hope that really helps. Today, to offset the weekend a bit, I've only had a Protein Shake for Breakfast and lunch and don't feel hungry at all.
