NYCFun 0 Posted August 9, 2008 i'm not on tricare, but my insurance also requires a 6 month medically supervised diet. i have my first appointment with my doctor on tuesday. congratulations on losing 10 lbs so far! :thumbup:how did you do it (track your food, exercise more, specific weight loss plan, etc.)? Froggi 4 Posted August 10, 2008 yes it's hard but it's worth it. Losing weight before surgery like this shows the insurance you really want the surgery and makes the surgery easier when it finally comes around.
