Jespooky 0 Posted August 5, 2008 Hello all. My name is Jessica.I just learned today that i qualify for the lap band and my refferal has been sent. I have been overweight ALL of my life (i broke a few strollers when i was a baby, and that was just the beginning). My current weight is 230 pounds and i'm 5'3 with a BMI of 41. So anyhow, i joined the site to get advice, and do my homework on what lies ahead for me. Any advice, or info is greatly appreciated! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Lady Lap Band 71 Posted November 15, 2008 Hey Jessica, My name is Breanne I'm from MA. I am new here too. I am going to my seminar on Dec. 8th. I have Aetna and I know they cover 90% if I meet their requirements and from what I can see I do. I'm 5'5 250 with a BMI of 42.5 Have you been to a seminar yet?
