VictorsValiant 0 Posted September 1, 2008 Just got my phone call on Friday that I will be getting banded on Sept. 15th!!! I start the VLCD on Sept 1st which is worrying me, I've heard it is a struggle. I've made it through several addictions so I'm sure I can make it through two weeks of shakes. I even get a Low-Cal, Low-Carb, Low- Sugar snack in between the 3 "shakes".
Joy1 0 Posted September 1, 2008 They just said "The Atkins Diet"....As I remember that from years ago it was meat, poultry....some veggies, some cheese and that was about it :frown: NOTHING white was a biggie!..... What I do NOT understand is that some people on this site and the 2 others I visit have no pre-op diet.....guess it depends on your Dr..........Here we go, girlfriend!...............
