today -

4mile run - broken down in parts...LOL

i have too much family in town this wkend - more food & wine than i should have, but lots of competitive BS sports: bocce/water volleyball/corn hole.

see ya'll in sept:)

Yay for cornhole :thumbdown: That's a big leisure sport around my area...of course...west virginia...LOL
