Froggi 4 Posted August 27, 2008 I was depressed for awhile and haven't been working out cause I was worried about tests for surgery clearance. They added a bunch more. But now that they are all scheduled and surgery is still on for November I am ok. 4 days ago I did 1 mile 2 days ago I did 2 miles and on the 26th I did 4 brisk miles Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ceradad 10 Posted August 28, 2008 ceradad - we the lone hold outs??? today - 3mile bike warm up hr trainer session: 30min interval running ; 30min upper body weight training. I see Froggi is still around, but otherwise, it seems so.
