I made it through everyone! my surgery was at like 10:45am and I got out at 5pm. A little sore from where they attached the port to the muscle but..amazingly no gas pain...only an occasional burp. Man am I lucky *knock on wood* I'm the biggest wuss ever and I did it. And according to the hospital bed scale...I've lost 15 lbs in 4 days. A lot of Water weight but...hey...a pound is a pound. My big day is tomorrow. I go in at 5 am and surgery at 6:30. I have gotten some encouragement from reading that everyone else is nervous too. I wish all of you luck in your recovery and on your new journey.
