Hi and HELP!

I need some quick, easy summer meal ideas to feed my family of 4. (kid friendly).

I am almost 3 month pre-op and old habits are returning!!!

I lost 18 lbs before my 1st fill, but when I went in for my 2nd, had gained a pound and a half!

I know there are alot of creative people on this site and I could really benefit from some good receipes!
