Pre-Natal vs. Multi-Vitamin

Recommended Posts

I take a liquid pre-natal but I am nursing and also want to have more kids in the future so I want the folic acid in my system.. I think the only difference is it had folic acid and extra iron.. I dont see why that would hurt anything. my husband has accidentally taken them before. :) and he's fine! haha

Yepper on the Folic acid. LOTS of ppl take a pre-nat even if they are not nursing or preg. I sure don't see why you couldn't take it.

Just don't forget that if you are ordering pills you will need to consider the size. I came to the realization today that I will not be able to swallow Tylenol tablets and will have to stick with the liquid Tylenol... that's after getting stuck twice. Every prenatal pill I ever used was HUGE! Just my 2-cents, though!

That's what I was wondering also.......I had considered pre-natals myself, but they are sooooo big. Where do you find the liquid?

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
