I found a Dr that my primary physition reccomended and his name is Dr. Valin. he is in New haven and I am going to talk to him on Monday afternoon. I cant wait to start my new life, i need a change... for me! Well Happy New Year to everyone! If anyone has any advice for my first consultation please let me know. heather.vasquez 0 Posted January 8, 2009 Thats great!! My energy just finally took a turn for the better. I started doing the strip tease workout and it WORKS!!! I am hurtin but feeling great about it!! I also am psyched to get my new bike outside. I am going to start running as well. My goal is to be able to do the Tunnel To Towers Run in Sept. It's a 5K. Gotta have goals!!! Renee sounds like an awesome run!!! I going to start to run on February 1st . I'll be honest I haven't tried since i lost my current weight the last time my butt Jiggled so bad it was embarrasing. So I set a goal for running .. I love the treadmill not a big fan of the eliptical trainer I can do 45 min on treadmill easy at 3.5 MPH so I figure to run I'll have to get up to at least 5.0 MPH !! How long have you been running? Chris61 0 Posted January 9, 2009 Had a good time at the meeting on Wednesday night at Yale. It was a small group 3 post-op and one pre. It was nice to chat and put a face with people from the board. We should try and have a get together on the weekend or something like that and is not as formal. Any suggestions? Chris Chris

The run isnt until September, so I have time. Even if I run some and walk some, finishing it will be enough for me  That is awesome about the treadmill for you! Elliptical is HARD lol, I can do like 15-20 min before i feel like I might die LOL
