AngelWhisper 0 Posted March 2, 2009 I went with Centrum orange chewables too. They're not great but I originally tried watermelon vitaband and it tasted like my dog's treats smell. Absolutely awful!
mjg12 0 Posted March 2, 2009 I take the chewable Centrum Vitamins and drink soy milk, 1/4 cup.
Mimilou2004 13 Posted March 2, 2009 Just FYI, Centrum Silver chewables have no Iron, so women who menstruate need to have their blood checked for anemia periodically. Plain iron supplements are available. Mimi
tif4evr26 0 Posted March 2, 2009 I take the centrium silver as well. I'm going to try that caltrate plus D.
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted March 3, 2009 Is the caltrate calcium citrate? I think I saw on TV an add for liquid. That would be great.
tif4evr26 0 Posted March 5, 2009 I'm not sure. I was told to make sure I use the calcium citrate and not the Calcium carbonate.
jdomke1 0 Posted April 24, 2009 I'm taking the Vitaband Vitamins, the new berry flavor. I love the flavor, the watermelon made me want to barf towards the end of my 90 day supply. I'm having an issue though... two times in a row now I've been denied donating blood because my Iron is too low. I'm at 12.3 and they want it 12.5 or above. I'm kinda freaked out because my iron level was more like 17 before I got banded. I talked with my surgeon and he didn't seem that alarmed. I'd love to hear from other who find the Multi-Vitamin is just not enough and what you do to supplement it.
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted April 24, 2009 I wanted to tell people that vitacost.com has anything you could possibly need and at very good prices. Their shipping is 4.99 no matter how much you order. I ordered a bunch of stuff, plus the chewable calcium citrate and chewable vitamins.< /p>
lilith 6 Posted April 29, 2009 The orange flavored Centrum chewable ones. They're fine for me  Me, too! I use Target's brand of chewable Calcium.< /p>
BearSpiritGuide 0 Posted April 29, 2009 I've been taking 2 Flintstones chewables for years. Whenever I mention it to a Dr. they all say the same thing - Perfect. -BSG
iggy 0 Posted April 29, 2009 I could not stand the taste of the Bariatric Advantage Vitamins. I was silly and signed up for the auto delivery option before even trying it. Well it took months of telling them I wanted to cancel before they actually canceled the autoship. I suggest the Bariceutrical liquid vitamins and Protein. They taste great and are individually packaged so its easy to keep up with. Good luck everyone!
