Sarah.R 2 Posted July 23, 2008 One thing I forgot to ask and still deciding whether I should ring the nurse is what kind of stitching they use to sew up the surgical sites like do they use staples, glue or stitches - I'm paranoid my doctor is going to use staples although I'm pretty sure he won't lol. One thing that I was told that suprised me when I saw the dietician is - I knew you couldnt eat stuff like stuff and bread afterwards which I'm still annoyed about but also things like the skin of the apple, if it stays in your mouth for a while afterwards you need to peel it as well as that also the skin on tomatoes but yeah.
