Marilyn Monroe 0 Posted July 15, 2008 Hi! I am new to the board and hope I can get some help on the lap band nutrition. I had mine done in Dec. and have only lost 20 pounds. I am getting very aggrevated and hope I can get some feed back on why I am losing so slow. Desdemona 48 Posted July 15, 2008 I agree with the first 2 posts. 20lb seems low for Dec but your expectations need to be based on things like your weight, gender, age, BMI, how many fills have you had?, do you have physical disabilites that limit exercise?, do you do exercise? what are you eating?
