Thanks to everyone here, I also have a list of questions for the doctor so I can get as much information from him as I can. It's great that the ball is really moving forward! Bino 44 Posted July 14, 2008 The consultation went great. Dr. Nussbaum is very nice and his staff was very helpful. He said that this should work very well for me. So, now I have to get some blood work done and a few tests. Also, have to get letters of recommendation from my primary, my nutritionist and my psychiatrist for the insurance.
