My surgery is tomorrow !!!!

HI EVERYONE: SO MY SURGERY IS TOMORROW IM REALLY NERVOUS I WAS ABLE 2 LOSE 14LBS ON THE PRE-OP DIET BUT NOT W/O A LOT OF CRYING AND SUPPORT FROM FRIENDS FAMILY AND EVERYONE WHO HELPED ON THIS SITE! PLS SAY A PRAYER FOR ME IF YOU CAN I'LL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW IT WENT AS SOON AS I CAN!!! I CANT BELIEVE THE DAY IS ALMOSE HERE IM SO HAPPY YET AT THE SAME TIME SCARED TAKE CARE FOR NOW!!!:scared2:

Good luck tomorrow! I had surgery on Wed. The first 36 hours post-op were pretty rough, so be prepared. The gas pain and port incision hurt me most. I know you'll be glad you did it though. I finally am.

thanks i've been reading about all the pain from the gas and port on the site and truthfully that does have me nervous but like you said i know in the end it will b worth it good luck also i know its been a long journey but its good that you've begun a "new beginning" and more wonderful things will soon b on its way!!!

You will be fine!!! The eating plan is a lot easier after surgery. Try to sign up for a food tracking website like thedailyplate.com. It really helps!!! Good Luck

Congratulations on your surgery tomorrow. I will be thinking of you. I found the night before to be really easy, but I was nervous once I got to the surgery center. The gas pain and port incision were pretty rough and it took me longer to feel better (almost the 1st week). But, I am a redhead and I always take longer to heal . I also had to have extra medicine for nausea BEFORE the surgery because I always get really sick coming out of anestesia. Best of luck and keep us all posted.
