waiting for approval from insurance and doing good making sure im getting my Protein and less carbs but i heard some1 mention something about Protein Shots what are those ? are they pretty good? and where do you get them?

I use them and they are ok . I mix it with juice and it tastes pretty good .I use the IDS Protein Shots ..Just google and you can find them and Isopure is good also ..Also your Vitamin stores should carry them also . It is a good way to get in your Protein ...

I to have tried these New Whey Protein Shots. They are sooo gross. I tried the blue raspberry and the grape and both made me sick to my stomach. As far as I am concerned they are a waste of money. The smell horrible! But if you can stomach the taste and smell they are high in Protein.< /p>

I bought the New whey Liquid Protein shots from GNC, and I don't think they're that bad. On a day when I'm low on my Protein intake, I just chug down half of a tube for 21 grams of easy protein. The grape just tastes like strong kool-aid to me.

I really can't stand any of the powdery kinds of Protein drinks since they have a weird taste in my opinion.

You're just going to have to experiment to see what works for you. Buy one of each flavor and try them until you find one you can handle.

The clerk at GNC told me they have a taste guarantee on all their store brand Protein Drinks. If you don't like the taste you can exchange it for something else. I was thinking of using GNC so I can take advantage of taste guarantee. Maybe I should start a thread to see if anyone has taken advantage of this.
