Andy Liz 0 Posted July 3, 2006 Hi! I'm an RN in a small town hospital so I get to work in Med-Surg, ER, ICU and the Nursery. I love it and to all those people in school for nursing or working towards a career in nursing - hang tough and you'll never regret the sacrifices! It's a wonderful job if you know what to expect. lizzilo 0 Posted July 4, 2006 Lots of heavy medical people... I blame the drug reps!!! :Banane22:
Fat2Phat 0 Posted July 4, 2006 The drug reps are definitely to blame in my case. Heck, at the place I work we get Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. There is CONSTANTLY food around and only a couple of the reps bring healthy food. I am nervous because I go back to work tomorrow for the first time since surgery and I have to make sure I do a good job packing foods that I can eat. But lizzilo you are right!
