HEllo all

Just had my 58th birthday last thursday, am so glad to see this site! I thought I was in the minority for lap band surgery:scared2:, now I see there are plenty of us out there! I was banded on June 11th by Dr Jeffrey Lord in Pensacola, FL.

I go back the 22nd of July for my first fill, kinda concerned if I will be able to eat like I do now?? will it feel really tight and sore, cause I just now have gotten over the terrible soreness from the surgery around my port site!:cool:

Is there anyone out there from the panhandle of Florida, I havent found anyone myself? I have lost 22lbs so far, kinda disappointed, but I have to keep reminding my self I didnt gain all this weight in 4 weeks:rolleyes2:
