Unjury shipping?

Recommended Posts

I just ordered some Unjury from their web-site and I couldn't find any shipping info. My surgery is on Monday the 14th and I live in Indiana. How long did it take to get yours? I will be on Clear Liquids for awhile and I will need the unflavored by Tuesday. Should I find something else to get me by, or do you think it will make it here in time? Thanks for the help! -Chelle

I only used and still do use, Carnation Instant Breakfasts . They are delicious . I get them from the grocery store. Sometimes I buy the store brand too.

Good luck with your journey.

My order took five business days. It was a large box because I ordered 1 1/2 cases. But they had told me it would take probably

five business days and that's what it was.

i really liked the chocolate, the vanilla was okay, the unflavored geesh has flavore. LOL the flavor of protein.. I hate the Protein taste, but thankfully i now just drink it one way. With Peanut Butter, milk, ice, bananna, the pb really hides the protein taste. i can't do them with fruit, i still can taste the protein. Shipping was quick id say 6 days and i have apo address and live in germany.

I had the strawberry sorbet in some cherry crystal light last night and it was good. I think it would be great in lemonade too, but I cannot imagine drinking it just mixed with Water.

I tried the vanilla in milk and it tasted and smelled like baby formula. I plan to try the chocolate or chix Soup tonight.

do you like orange dreamsicles? if so, the vanilla unjury mixed with orange juice is so yummy! try that when you get on full liquids.

but once you get back on solids, it has a lot of carbs (thanks to the OJ), but its great for when on liquids

It came today as promised. I tried the chicken Soup flavor and.... I really liked it! It may be because I have been on Opti-fast for 5 days, so anything not sweet would be good right now. I will let you know what I think about the unflavored as soon as I try it. As of now, I would reorder the chicken.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
