nip50 2 Posted July 8, 2008 Hi and welcome. I'm a couple of hours away in Douglas (coffee County). I've had my band since last October. Dr. Bagnato over in Albany put mine in. If you go to the USA local support groups and go under Georgia you'll find others with the band. I'm not sure if there's many from Savannah, but quite a few up around Atlanta. If you go to the special interest groups (I think) you'll find a link for Bagnato and you'll find lots of people there who would be glad to talk with you. I believe there's one in the group who might have had her band in Savannah and is now living in Tifton. Good luck on your band - I love mine. If you have any questions, fire away. I just moved back to Savannah a couple months ago. I was banded Monday 8/25 in San Antonio, Tx just cuz I already had all my insurance requirements done and gotten my approval for there.
