shy_one 0 Posted July 6, 2008 I don't know what's going on, but lately, I've been really pissed after I exercise. I've only been exercising for 2 weeks now at the gym. I look forward to going and enjoy being there. I spend 60 minutes doing the treadmill, bike, nu-step, and weights. Last week I went 3 times and this week, I've been 5. Does anyone know what might be going on? I mean, I'm really angry about 1/2 to an hour after I get home. Any little mistake I make, I feel like I want to punish myself. Strange. shy_one 0 Posted July 8, 2008 After much soul searching, I finally realized what was going on....low blood sugar . I should have known since I'm a diabetic, but who knew, lol. Anyway, I eat a piece of fruit afterward and no more anger...yay!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
