Hello! Im looking for anyone that is a Lap bander like myslef and is using the daily plate. Im hoping we can compare what we are eating and give each other new ideas. I know im eating much better then before I started my life change for Im pretty sure i can do better. I have been using daily plate for three weeks now. Love how it calculates calories burned for even mundane activities. I am "hollandsmom" there.
