Ceradad 10 Posted July 17, 2008 No cardio this morning. I took a HARD line drive off my right shoulder playing 3B last night in softball. Lots of swelling and bruising. How sad is it that my first thought, once I was able to think clearly, was "how is this going to effect my upper body workout tomorrow night?". This happened in the top of the 1st inning of the first game of two. Finished out both games even though I couldn't lift my right (throwing) arm above shoulder level. Went home and iced it. Took some ibuprofen last night and this morning. I'm at work right now and it is starting to loosen up a bit. MSnika3 0 Posted July 17, 2008 I fell off the wagon this week. Hadn't done a thing since last Friday! I suck! But I got back out there this morning after trying to talk myself out of exercise.
