I scheduled my Banding for Sept. 10th with Dr. Sanchez in Monterrey!!! I am nervous and excited. Just wanted to let everyone here know.:banana

what a great gift to give yourself! I'm glad to see that you didn't do it for other people. (meaning the things we do for ourselves are sometimes the most important) If we don't take care of ourselves, how can we take care of others?
