I certainly didn't come anywhere near my goal. My weightloss has really slowed, but when I saw the doctor today I had lost almost 7 pounds of fat and gained almost 5 pounds of muscle. The numbers almost balance out, but I know the benefits don't. I will keep exercising. It's on to the next challenge for me.

As for me, I am short three pounds. Oh well, I did lose a little. I'm not going to hate myself too much over this. Maybe challenges just aren't my thing. Perhaps the only challenge I need to think about is the challenge of staying on the right path, period.

You copy the most current list on the challenge and then paste it to your post adding your info in alphabetical order. then you paste the entire list in order to updaye your info. this will keep everyones current info on the list. I have updated everyones info so far into one list, so just add from here.
