Myturn - I want you to edit this post and replace the word hope with the words I WILL - I really mean this - positive affirmations - it's part of the key - if you keep telling yourself you are stupid then you will beleive it - if you keep telling yourself you are smart - what's going to happen

I don't know why it's only negative self talk that we exchange with ourselves - it should always be posittive...

The 1st 8 months I did treadmill only 4-5 times a week (45 min to 1 hr each day) - and then in March I got a personal trainer - now I do weights 2 x week and treadmill 2 x week 3 to 3.5 miles
