I think my feet are shrinking!

Recommended Posts

Anyone else feel like their feet are getting smaller with their weightloss? I swear the pair I have on have grown a size or more on me....they used to fit just fine now I had to stuff kleenex in the toes just to keep them on!

Am I alone here?

I still wear the same size in length but they are definately narrower. They never swell anymore and I think that's what's doing it for me. Congrats on the NSV. :biggrin2:

You are not alone. You do lose weight in your feet and/or Fluid retention. I've had to get rid of a few pairs of shoes cause I can't keep them on my feet any longer. ... and you thought you'd just need new clothes.:biggrin2:

Mine are definitely narrower. I can see the bones in my feet now. I took a picture the other night. A few weeks ago, my ever observant 6 year old son told me, "Mommy, your feet are skinny!" My hands are much smaller now too. I used to swell in my hands and feet frequently but not anymore.

Same here. My son has commented that my feet and ankles are skinny now, to which I replied, "That's great, but I'm trying to get it off the butt and the gut!"

Yep, from a size 10 or 9.5W to now a 9M or 8.5 sometimes. I still have a bit to lose, so I might even go down more.
