Newly banded

I am new to the website and to lapband. Prior to surgery I weighted 300 lbs. I was banded on 5-23-2008. I was banded by Dr. Russi at the Air Force Academy in Colorado. I have lost 22 pounds since surgery. The makes a total of 35 pounds since I started liquids on 5-14-2008 :biggrin2:. I am very excited about the surgery and the weightloss that is to come.

It's been awhile since I've logged on, I am now down 63 pounds with no fill. I am just hangin in there trying to keep up my exercise and make good food choices . I really appreciate all the encouragement from everyone, I also hope everyone else is doing fine and happy with their progress.
