DMULLENIX 0 Posted June 21, 2008 hello everyone, I am from tuscaloosa alabama and i am goint thru the steps to have lap band surgery. i am pretty nervious about this decission, as most of you all have been. any advice, encouragement, would be greatly appreciated. anyone eles in the tuscaloosa area ?? losingjusme 12 Posted July 17, 2008 hi, welcome to LBT. it's one of the best decisions i've made - ever. i now live my life and enjoy it! my suggestion - read here, read the stories ... even the not so good ones. you want to be fully prepared. once banded, get properly restricted - not too tight, that's not healthy. best of luck to you.
